They are maythari ,kolthari ,Ankathari,Verumkai.

Meithari

Meithari marks the start of your Kalaripayattu journey, laying the essential foundation for your martial arts path. This initial phase is a vibrant mix of exercises that include perfecting stances and leaps, executing circular patterns, and engaging in kicks, leg swings, and a variety of movements

Kolthari

As you advance in your Kalaripayattu journey, you enter Kolthari, where the focus shifts to the mastery of stick-fighting in its diverse forms – long, short, rounded, curved, and beyond. Here, you'll refine your skills in wielding these sticks both defensively and offensively.

Angathari

Angathari signifies a pivotal juncture in the Kalaripayattu journey, as practitioners delve into the realm of sharp and lethal metal weaponry. This stage honors the profound heritage of Indian arms, where students are introduced to handling spears, bows, daggers, and an array of other traditional weapons.

Verumkai

Verumkai, the pinnacle stage of Kalaripayattu, epitomizes your mastery of the martial art. It challenges you to confront opponents—armed, unarmed, or in groups—relying solely on your bare hands. Verumkai underscores the potency of hand-to-hand combat techniques, encompassing grips, kicks, strikes, blocks, attacks, throws, and more.
